Please note that all orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions, and we comply with New Zealand consumer laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We partner with trusted carriers such as NZ Post and PBT Couriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The specific carrier may vary based on your location, order size, and availability. For larger or bulk orders, we may use alternative couriers to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Shipping within New Zealand: All of our shipping rates are displayed at checkout from our online store.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Rural areas: 3-5 business days (allow extra time for remote locations).

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors like weather, transport delays, or high demand may cause extensions. For the most accurate updates, check the carrier's website (e.g., nzpost.co.nz or pbt.nz). We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery during busy times.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can monitor your package's progress there. If you don't receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Delivery Address and Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

All deliveries require a signature by default for security. If you'd like to provide Authority to Leave (allowing the package to be left unattended), please note this in the order comments. By selecting this, you release One Stop Print Shop from liability for lost or stolen packages.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions to collect from a local depot or reschedule.
6. Amending or Canceling Orders
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@onestopprintshop.co.nz. We can only amend orders before they are dispatched. Once shipped, changes must be arranged directly with the carrier.
7. Issues with Your Delivery

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us, and we'll investigate with the carrier. We may or may not offer a reshipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
